Evergreen Lodge is a 55+ that caters to seniors . It is situated on 1.2 acres with plenty of tress surrounding the property . Centrally located in the town of Dugald near convenience stores and restaurants .The building is owned and operated by Building Block Developments. There is a congregate meal program every Monday and Friday . Suite cleaning service can be supplied to Tenants .
great location and quiet place to live .
